Many ppl think of newer techs (powerpoints, prezi, etc) as presentation aids: multimedia and digital platforms have enhanced how info is presented. Visual aid is(cid:374)(cid:859)t for speaker (cid:271)ut for the audie(cid:374)(cid:272)e. Must be made to scale for what they rep. Can be used to make bigger or smaller: charts (somewhat in between traditional and new, graphs (cid:894)(cid:858)(cid:859) (cid:858)(cid:859)(cid:895) Can help identify key pts and uncomplicated complicated data for an audience. Make sure you explain all your graphs. Line graph: draw lines across 2 axes that show development over time, explain both axes, and important part of the data when presenting. Bar graph: go either horizontally or vertically to rep total achievement. Histogram: visual reps of frequency tables.
