Black individuals who wanted to live in a nice town got hit with huge interest rates, but if you were in a poorer community you got a low interest rates. White folks got a low interest rate in those nice areas. Donald trump got sued in a class action suit for not allowing black folks to occupy his apartment complexes. Black people were geared away from renting these apartment complexes.
