Besides what we went over in class today, i do not think that there are any other things about knife skills that i am eager to learn about or do not already practice. I thought that the added items made the guacamole sweeter but with a hint of tangy citrus, and. I also really enjoyed the different pico de gallos made in class, as they were both really delicious. I do not like spicy foods, so the fact that no groups showcased spicy dishes was particularly of interest to me. If i were to change any of the recipes, i would probably add more ingredients to the black bean and corn salsa.
