Gnrh - gonadotropin releasing hormone - has to do with the gonads. Lh - luteinizing hormone - to burst - goes to ovaries and causes follicles to burst. Follicle bursting releases egg and this is ovulation. Ovary is the target organ of lh hormone. If testes receive lh = testosterone production.
