Acquiescence : conscious submission to your impulse i know it"s bad, but i"m gonna let it happen . Deindividuation : it"s not my fault, but the crowd"s . Cell phone used to be only for phone calls! Rumination : cycling the same thought over and over again, and not finding the solution . Complaining about the same thing over and over i am a bad person because i didn"t achieve my goal, but thinking it over and over . Zeigarnik effect : playing a song and then stopping it in the middle,but still thinking about it bc it"s not over. Experiment: interrupting people makes them stop thinking about the task, which makes them better at solving the problem later.
