Right hemisphere responsible for motor movement of left hand, so can pick up things of words displayed on the left side. However, they cannot say what they see on the left side. Must be careful, (cid:271)e(cid:272)ause they (cid:272)a(cid:374)"t tell you what they see, but they can pick it up, and they can follow instructions, etc. They do know what they see in the right hemisphere and they can respond to what they see, but they (cid:272)a(cid:374)"t say what they see. Tell patients to look directly in the center, so rh only sees scissors and lh only sees cake. Then, show them 2 different pictures: fork and spoon vs. yarn and needles.
