Housing justice in unequal cities - way of recognizing that while we live in an era of prosperity, we also live in an era of obscene inequality that also manifests in starkly in space. Ex: la - one hand, super expensive houses in bel air and the other hand, increase in criminalization and homelessness because housing is going up. Hurts a lot of families particularly women and children who rely on living in their cars and la has made that illegal. Public policy is enabled which becomes a great concern.
