For vaginal sex, only 32% of people use condoms 100% of the time. 53% is the average condom use in the last 3 months. For anal sex, only 26% always use condoms, and 28% is the average condom use in. 22% of ucsb students is the average of having anal sex. Because the anus/sphincter gets so tight, it creates small tears in the anus. These tears are superhighways for viruses (i. e. hiv) to enter the body. Anal sex is especially risky because the rectal wall is very thin compared to the vagi. Average condom use in homosexuals for anal sex is far greater than heterosexuals. It is wise to abstain from anal sex if you can! Use condoms, go slowly, and use lots lubrication. Use fresh new condoms before entering any other orifice (hole)
