Interaction relates to first law of geography (distance decay: barriers to interaction sometimes overlap, activity space: where people go on a typical day or week. Cognitive- mental component consisting of perceptions & beliefs. Behavioral- action; predisposition to act a certain way toward attitude object (acceptable to dance in nightclub but not at library) Place attachment: hazard events: environmental events that causes harm to humans.
