Protein deposits (called lewi bodies) develop in nerve cells in the brain regions involved in thinking, memory, and movement. Causes a progressive decline in mental abilities. People with lewy body dementia experience visual hallucinations. Humans have all the elements of the universe. Brain is divided into a triple hierarchy. First: receives and summarized 5 senses reports. King lear is a study of mental breakdown. Lear shows some signs of mental weakness in the beginning of the play, but he was pretty acute. Wanted to divide his kingdom with 3 daughters. Lear does not want to give up his status of king. Willing to give up his power and land to a new generation. He knows that he is old, approaching death. He knows that he is becoming mental. King lear would rather keep his kingdom together. This is a political necessity, a good thing to do. He made the judgement that it"s impossible.
