Sometimes the disease is too strong or the conditions in which the disease builds up is too strong that they can"t be overcome with any medication. However, still the possibility that people will believe the physician if he has an explanation other than the gods, but may not have proof for it. This may be because of the authority of the physician. Aporie: helplessness, situation where there is no way forward.
