Culture area- groups that live in a specific area may share cultural practices (conversational term) They are complex but they might share the same dances. About 7 or 9 culture area, some exceptions. California is an exception, it was like a catch all basin for groups of great diversity. Lots of villages throughout the state, remains of villages have been found as well as artifacts. Worldview- religious or spiritual view of the cosmos, the cosmology of the world. Some people believe heaven, world and hell. What are the structures between everyone in society (structural worldview) What are the relations between humans and the spiritual world. We have to remember that we are on the ground that was occupied by the native americans before it was conquested, so we must appreciate the relationship between us (humans) and the environment. There should be a balance between us and the world people world .
