Viroids: discovered in 1971, smaller than viruses, around 30 that have been discovered, pieces of naked rna, no protein coat, strands or circles of rna, cause many plant diseases, affect citrus, potatoes. Prions: a disease causing agent: even smaller than viroids, tiny pieces of rna, archaebacteria & eubacteria are both prokaryotes, eubacteria: true bacteria, archaebacteria: ancient bacteria.
