Criss cross diffusion : technological ideas and inventions that would diffuse to different parts of the world, and these ideas led to new inventions and advanced technology. The rose of protocapitalism starts with growth of foreign trade because trade was beyond the reach of law. Peasants started moving into towns in the 14th century; feudalism entered a stage of crisis.
