Increased flow in people, things, and ideas. We live in an age of increased flow of people, things, and ideas. Globalization makes us more connected, but we still have our differences. Instead it has reproduced and contested these differences on a larger geo-historical scale. World economy has shifted from fordism to flexible accumulation. Organized labor and labor unions service, and financial markets around the world.
