Disorders involving lack of sexual interest or excitement or arousal. Sexual aversion disorder category removed in dsm-v] Disorders involving pain during intercourse or penetration (in females) Combination of two dsm-iv disorders: dyspareunia and vaginism. For problems with desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, anticipatory anxieties. Used to be called perversions, then paraphilias (dsm-iv) Dsm-v emphasized that paraphilias are not necessarily disorders.
