We don"t think that if a child in a better environment will be different than in another, either way the parent will raise the child to be as best as he/she can. We do not expect two different children with environment, only different possibilities and ways to thrive. A question about the connection between our genetic profile and how this constrains the ways in which out lives go. What is important is not the traits itself, but the consequences on life itself. If the important thing is not disease but the effect on life, they we should end up positively selecting for other non-disease traits that will enhance the quality of life. Sam and susie: boy or girl; they choose a girl because they think it will increase a chance of social justice.
