Focused of 4 human drive which derives all human behavior which are hunger,thirst,sex and avoidance of pain. Humans are motivated to achieve a state of optimal relevance. Which is when people tend to increase bodily tension. Acknowledged the ability of cognition in human behavior motivation is understood as expectancy and value put together. Brought the idea of self-actualization in which we realise who we are and see our potential and abilities. Basic needs of the organism that are needed for survival, needs for food, water, oxygen, sleep and sex. Steady work, financial security, predictable environment and home stability.
