Unaware of their own condition, hemifield neglect patients. 80 years old unaware of her paralysis aware of blindness. They will ask her about her paralysis, and she won"t know anything about it. She claps her hand by waving just her right arm, as if it was clapping against her left hand but she didn"t raise her left arm at all. 46 year old woman stroke, blockage to posterior areas aware of stroke and limited mobility, but insists she can see complete cortical blindness. Candy holds on pen/candy near patient"s left hand. Reaches at the image, bumps hand at the mirror.
