Feed cow"s milk after 1 year of age. Feed egg whites after 2 years of age. Feed peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish after 3 years of age. Bread, pasta (gluten and other seed proteins) Protein (collagen) extracted from skin, bones & connective tissue (beef, poultry, pork) Not a complete (low quality-glycine, proline, lysine) protein.
