Document Summary
On july 7th, 1975, my client went to dr. chou complaining of tremors, weight loss, quickened pulse rate, unusual eye movements and tender, enlarged liver. At that time, dr. chou decided to send a blood sample of my client to the center of. The results came back at an astounding 7. 5 parts per million of kepone in his blood. Kepone is a chlorinated hydrocarbon pesticide related to ddt, along with aldrin/dieldrin and mirex. If someone is in contact with the pesticide it can be transmitted through your skin and cuticles. The federal doctors were contacted in virginia state and dr. Robert jackson, wanted to immediately meet with hundtofte and moore, my client"s supervisors. When he arrived at the facility he commented on how the employees were not wearing protective gear and how they were quote swimming in the stuff because the dust particles were everywhere. Surprisingly enough, my client wasn"t the only one experiencing abnormal conditions.
