Everyone has a place and my place is my home. It"s where i can unwind from a long day or lay on the couch and take a nap. But imagine if your place was ruined, damaged by air pollution or dying plants and trees. No one would want to enjoy a nap then, you would be worried about the chemicals you"re breathing in. Because of the mill that georgia-pacific corporation opened they have been experiencing air pollution issues. From noxious and toxic gases to the fumes, smoke and particles blowing everywhere they aren"t able to enjoy their property let alone taking a nap. Punitive damages and compensation should be collected for the harm done to my clients because they have experienced wrongfulness from the defendant and a neglect to disclose damages done to the surrounding properties. Sanitary authority went even further, there is evidence to show correspondence on its concerns about the mill.
