Difference: fascists are fine with classes, but soviet union wants everyone economically equal. Fascism typically involved racism; communism is more international in its scope. No diplomatic relations going on after wwi. Soviet union did not think joining would keep them from being attacked, however. Us only not bankrupt from the war. Had to have capitalist economic system to get a loan. Believes us is trying to control the world through money. Fdr died and harry s. truman became president. Not a part of any of the war time conferences and unaware of agreements made.
