A religious movement that forms in new england but spreads throughout the colonies in the early 1700"s. Religion is taking a back seat especially in new england (people are more interested in economics/economic freedom) - church attendance declines. A debate that goes on between 2 di erent groups. First group: represents the older school of religion old lights .
