Parson thought sociologist didn"t have the big picture, belief that sociologist lacks the full vision of the nature of the social work and how things work, how institutions survive, idea is to supply with the big picture. The idea that social order/life/role is like a body. Parson thought the system was a lot easier. If you describe social word as a system they will see the world as a part. Taking for a guy named thomas hobbes (600), belief that social life is nasty, rubbish and short, and anything can occur. He thought that if people were criticizing and critical it will jeopardize order. The idea that order is fragile and could actually collapse in anytime. For the system to work there must be similar values e. g. school prepare us for the social work. There"s not a critique of the order, Insensitive to how order is actually created. How order is actually created, assumes that order exist.
