Shoots someone, misses, hits a different spot, but ends up killing them; its presumed that using the deadly weapon means they meant to kill. The main chunk of trial is the penalty. *individuals are presumed to intend the natural probable consequences of their acts. Manslaughter: rises from the sudden heat of passion. Trigger that sets off the killing of another person.
