Stephen lizio, the company"s founder, soon realized the market they could be capitalizing on. Thus, be our guest evolved into renting out high-quality tables, chairs, and other equipment for large catering events. The goal of lizio"s company was to become the leading provider of party rental equipment by focusing their strategy on a few key elements. One of these elements, and also key questions, is the quality of the equipment they provide. They acquired high end china, glassware, seating, and table arrangements. This positioned them as competitors to other high- end equipment companies but it also allowed them to draw in higher revenues than simply saving initial costs by buying low quality supplies.
