Hispanics or asians still get better privilege than african americans. White people and people of color can benefit. The darker the skin the more inferior the race. Comfort can help people work better (college) Each culture has different ways they are supposed to dress in professional environments. Society constructs how people are supposed to dress and act. Women must speak loud and dress professional to get attention. African american people have been talking about white privilege for decades and no one listened but when tim wise and jackson katz point it out everyone listens. If white people believe things are their problem to, they will start becoming activists. No, bring knowledge forward, cannot make it grow. Bringing it to people"s minds helps them talk and think about it.
