Mcleod-lindsay case: charged for assault of wife when witness and the wife said it wasn"t him and the evidences didn"t match up. Independent police prosecutors? if police punish innocent, the guilty is walking free (hogg) secure conviction by constructing evidence. Police are rarely prosecuted for misconduct in investigation suggestion that investigation should be done by other organisation other than police suggestion to not have police prosecutors, as they are influenced by interest of police.
