Strict hr ranges for a reason so that you acan terminate and bring down a hr if it is up too high. Cannot put compression on an unhealed fracture so need to find a new way to get the blood flowing. Tendon healing: you do not move arm at all because it has to adhere first and then will get strict instructions that need to be followed.
