Mental health problems feeling o hopelessness, sadness, depression and anxiety or with clinical mental disorder. Gay lesbians bisexuals may rely on drugs to lessen social anxiety and boost self confidence when they first come out. Drug- any substance, other than food, that affects bodily functions and structures when taken into the body.
