Binge drinking & heavy episodic drinking = consuming ve or more drinks for a man or four or more drinks for a woman at a single decision. Blood alcohol concentration (bac) = amount of alcohol contained in a persons blood and measured as weight per unit of volume. Duration = how long over lifetime has substance been used. Environmental tobacco smoke = involuntary or passive smoking that affects the environment. Harmful use = use that associated with harm to the individual, family, and/or community. Heavy drinking = drinking more than the recommend limits, and episode heavy drinking.
