The art of transmitting information, ideas and attitudes from one person to another. Each person communicates with another by directing a message to one or more of the senses. But our society is too complex to rely on direct communication between one individual and another. Mass communications is the art of transmitting information, ideas and attitudes to reach a sizable and diversified audience through the use of the media. The art of mass communications is quite complex. To be successful you must find the right method of expression to communicate to the largest possible number in the audience.
