Communication channels = the means of transmitting the new idea from one. Social system = group of individuals who together adopt the innovation. Time = how long it takes to adopt the innovation. Innovation development = refers to the development of the innovation itself. Dissemination = process by which the innovation is communicated. Adoption = refers to the uptake of the innovation by the target population. Implementation = regular use of the innovation, focus on improving self-efficacy. Innovators = first to adopt; venturesome, independent, ricky and daring.
