From each machine connecting to domain server issues the following command to resolve name issue if you cannot ping with computer name. Sharepoint version: 2: sharepoint foundation, free edition, basic search, sharepoint server, paid version. Have only basic integration of word and excel. Can search within page, site level, user database level. Have complete integration of all office products meaning office products can connect as a client example, powerpoint, ms access. Requirements to install: windows server 2008 or 2008 r2 64 bit. Sp_sql: add this account to domain admin at the domain server. Sharepoint server: add sp_admin as a local admin.
