Madarosis, loss of facial hair; very rarely leprosy alopecia. Intrinsic plus finger (swam-neck deformity) lesions in interossei --> myonecrosis & myofibrosis -- Inspection : size, shape, number, position, edge, floor, discharge, surrounding area, whole limb examination: palpation tenderness, margin, edge, base, depth, bleeding, relations with deeper structures, surrounding skin, examination of lns, neurological lesions/ vascular. Feet: plantar ulceration, shortening of digital rays, extensive scarring of sole, mutilation and tarsal disorganization. Hands: blistering wounds & ulceration, scar contractures, shortening digits, mutilation, carpal disorganization. No anaesthesia, no visible deformity or damage anaesthesia present, but no visible deformity or damage.
