Biological factors: hormones, low levels of leptin, high levels of ghrelin (g=go, very hungry cant get full, prader-willi syndrome: high levels of ghrelin, especially hungry, lower iq. Sociocultural influences: advertising, food accessibility, time pressure, ultra processed foods, restaurant portions.
