Apostles create a church: jewish-christian church (jerusalem) becomes a christian church. Apostles had visions of the risen christ weeks after easter in galilee. Third generation wrote the books, 2nd generation was oral translation. Gospel has to end with his cross & resurrection to be accepted by the church. John mark: disagreed with paul, gentiles have to become jews then christianity (being baptized, peter believed that you have to adopt the torah as your faith then adopt the gospels.
