They would say human beings are right and it is a categorical imperative and we should respect them. For rawls, it means that you have to tax the rich. For nozick, you cannot do that that"s violation. You cannot use those rich people for the means. What"s better off for everybody and you are willing to sacrifice, then you are a utilitarian. Imagine everybody in the society came together to forge a social contract: veil of ignorance. Forget your race, gender and economic background and everything because most of us, when making contracts we think for self-interest people.
