This allows the user to meet the client and revise, prepare preliminary sketches, design bid, formal sketches, and blue prints. Step 3: user recognizes the fields that are needed and input the date data to schedule for the task(s). Step 5: user input the estimate total hours that will be spent on each task(s) Step 4: system records date data to task plan database. Step 6: system records the user"s input of each task hours to the database. Step 8: system displays the calculated hours of all tasks and display to the user. Step 10: system erase all input data on the form. Alt-step 3: if user wants to add the date and hours together for a task, then the user can input the date and hour into the textboxes.
