Afebrile= w/out fever; at normal body temp. Nausea= an unpleasant, wavelike sensation in the back of throat/ epigastrium, or throughout the abdomen, that may or may not lead to vomiting. Quadrant= one of four parts of the abdominal surface. Scleral icterus= yellowing of the sclera, typical of liver disease: sclera= the tough, white outer coat of the eyeball.
