The problem concerning the meaning of life and meaning within life is important for fulfilled individuals throughout several areas of research and practice (steger, It has been proposed that meaninglessness in life is analogous to the universal fear of death. Researchers argue that one can undergo many negative experiences when presented with insignificance. Researchers would thus argue that pursuing meaning and purpose is more important than seeking happiness (wong, 2009). Such interventions improve mental and physical health / well-being, and predict satisfaction with life. Frankl"s research on meaning is still important today, as a superb figurehead for both the positive psychology and existential fields. His" will to value" definition indicated three benefits of living a meaningful life, i ncluding: artistic, experiential, and attitudinal. Researchers have identified seven major sources of meaning since frankl"s contribution, considering them cross-cultural, including: accomplishment, acceptance, friendship, affection, faith, self-transcendence and justice.
