Rate yourself on the list of adjectives on a scale from 1-7 the extent to which each of the adjectives typically describes you. Determine difference identity items that generate the highest difference scores. These represent aspects of yourself that you would most like to change. Safety needs - security of body, employment, resources. Love and belongingness needs - friendship and family. Esteem needs - self-esteem, confidence, achievement, respect of others. Q-sort - tracks progress and success of therapy. Assessment technique used to measure progress of therapy.
