Introverted people need time by themselves to recharge, but like people. Can only take so much time with others before need to retreat. Need more to be at optimal level. Ineffective problem solving; strong negative reactions to stress. Negatively correlated with happiness, well-being, and physical health. Body not intended to feel anxiety for long period of time. May not know what to do in crisis. Cooperative and easy to get along with. Women tend to be higher than men.
