Overconfident: the tendency to be more confident than correct at arriving at an answer that is more about beliefs and judgments. We fear what our ancestral history has prepared us to fear. We fear what is most readily available in our memory. Memory and fear and this thought process is what you take to abnormal psychology (mental illness) Language development happens on all different stages of life. Language: spoken, written or signals of words and ways we can combine them to communicate meaning.
