Addressing the above issues through reframing current initiatives regarding youth voter. Reframe get out the vote so it"s less about making voting cool and instead frame it as a social necessity/tool for change. Should there be a nationalized voting registration system. What improvements can be made to help young voters. This is where a good chunk of the discussion can come from. What will happen to future campaigns if there is an increase in young voters. Will candidates shift their policy goals to focus more on youth voters.
