Anchors still set up the story and introduce your reporter (toss to reporter) Reporter appears live on camera introducing their own package. The package will typically not have a stand up but will be shorter and will not have a sig- out. Going to be a minute - 1:15 intro : 15 seconds in beginning and end. Reporter appears live on camera after the package to wrap it up with a thought not in the story. Roll cue needed to tell the director when to roll the package. Just sound bites, natural sound, natural music. Other ingredients= nats pops, specific shots, etc. When writing, a reporter"s writing id the glue to get to the next sound bite or natural sound. You aren"t the focus of the story.
