Complemental sex hormones: in adrenal glands of both males and females: we all have the male and female sex hormones (different concentrations depending on gender) Puberty: stage of reproduction maturation: sexual dimorphism: bodily shape changes. Males are larger, taller, more muscular: female menarche: onset of monthly bleeding, male nocturnal emission: onset of semen ejaculation, growth spurt: increase in height and weight.
