Most important factor in later years is biological aging: stopping sex is the most common reason for declines in old age, for those who remain sexually active frequency declines are nearly stable. In conclusion, much remains unknown about marital sex past middle age. Definition: two people who live together as intimate partners, but are not married : implies that cohabitation is marriages without the legal certificate . How does cohabitation differ from marriage: how they start and end. Marriage: wedding ceremony start is; divorce ends it. Cohabitation: gradual beginning, gradual end: marriage is defined by agreed upon expectations, but cohabitation is not.
