Breakfast on the way to school and sit-down dinners. Ages 12-17 shelter primarily a cool off center: 21 days emergency go home for 14 then can come back. A lot of kids raised by grandparents. Rad- reattachment associative disorder- can"t fit into adoptive homes. Pa coalition of domestic violence pays for it.
